Airless painting

The coating is pumped under high pressure through fine nozzles (circa 150 – 200 bar) yielding a very fine atomization. Besides, spray mist is reduced due to a lack of spraying air. This is the reason why spreading rate is greater than with atomization involving air. With appropriate nozzle size selection greater acreage output is obtained.
